Full-time Nanny (20-33)

NE Albuquerque near Paseo del Norte and Tramway

Due to the Covid-19 the dad will not be traveling until everything passes. Mom is a Doctor and working the front lines of this pandemic. If/when it gets worse in New Mexico she will keep herself quarantined.
Family located in  NE Albuquerque near Paseo del Norte and Tramway is seeking a professional nanny for their two girls ages 10 & 5 years old.  Family tells PCN,  "Our ideal nanny would be kind and patient with our children. We would like someone who is experienced and comfortable caring for older children. She needs to be very reliable and somewhat flexible with our work schedules which do vary. We value someone with a strong work ethic who is organized. She should be energetic and willing to help with homeschooling at the moment. Our children enjoy outdoor activities - swimming, horseback riding, going to the park. They like gymnastics. They enjoy imaginative play (dress-up, dolls, etc)." Dad  is sometimes home during the day. He works from home when he is not traveling. Mom is a physician and knows her schedule months in advance. Dad explains,"Both of our schedules are irregular (my wife is a physician and I travel often). Usually the schedule will be 7am-7pm (2 or 3 times a week), but maybe once or twice a month, we would ask the nanny to stay overnight (6pm to 8am) with the kids when I am travelling and my wife is working a night shift. Another possible scenario is that the person would be asked to work 6pm to 12pm assuming I am travelling and arrive in ABQ late (this is probably no more than once every 3 months).  It goes without saying that we will compensate this person in line with market norms for any overtime incurred as a result. Due to our schedule we cannot offer a firm schedule with specific days and hours, but can provide several months notice as to shifts."
